KNECHTEL: Donald James
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie at the age of 80. Formerly of Port Dover, Ontario born in Listowel, Ontario.
Son of the late Elva and Clifford Knechtel. With great sadness Don will be missed by his wife Alice of 58 years, daughter Robin(Tom) Strachan of Barrie, sons Todd(Patti) of Delhi, and Kent(Janet) of Aylmer.
Loving grandfather of Jenohn(Michael), Melanie(Francois), Troy, Tyler, Jessica, and Nick. Also survived by his great grandchildren Anjelica, Alexia, Aidan, Sophia, and Olivier. He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, and many close friends especially Johnny and Greg. As per Dons wishes a private service will be held as cremation has taken place.
