LUEDEMANN: Irmgard
With profound sadness, the family announces Irmgard's passing on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Kurt for 62 years. Loving "Mutti" of Helga Luedemann (Michael Kewell) and beloved "Oma" to Krista (Kyle) and Kendal (Steve). Dearest sister of Christa (Heinz) Hansen and recently deceased brother Wilhelm "Willy" (Mona) Schulz. Warmheartedly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She was a life-time honourary member of Club Rheingold and will be fondly remembered by all of her friends from the association. At Irmgard's request, cremation has taken place. Her passion for the beauty that flowers gave to offer was always apparent in her gardens, therefore , a Celebration of Life will be held at her favourite time of year, when spring blooms. In memoriam, contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
God looked around his garden and found an empty space. He then looked upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, for he only takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, so he closed your weary eyes and whispered "Peace be thine". It breaks our hearts to lose you, but you do not go alone. For part of us went with you when Jesus called you home.
