Thinking of you all and remembering what a wonderful lady Wendy was. I loved our chats at the hockey rinks. I only knew her for a short time but felt like I knew her forever. She sure adored her family. She made the best chocolate chip cookies ever. Hugs xo

So many memories, eating tomatoes covered in salt on the back steps, baseball in the backyard, cabins up in the rocks, her always waiting for me and then running to school, so as not to be late, sitting on top of each other as we piled into my parents car to go to Church, sleepovers with her and Lynda, birthday parties, fried spaghetti, pinwheel cookies, fights between siblings, the year her and Ted Domalewski skipped a year and now she was in my class, the year we got hankies from the school guard, our corduroy bell bottom pant my Mum made us, the laundry bags we made in home-ec that my Mum did most of the embroidery, …. in later years she helped me move, always there to console or help, laugh with, she made the best of everything, loved her brothers and sisters so much. Would defend to the hilt. Her Children were always in her conversations and her stories were delightful, engaging and always full of laughter. When her grandchildren came along she was the greatest supporter of their endeavors, whether they were shopping or playing hockey or making cookies.
Wendy was a best friend, she always put you first, was so willing to help and be a friend. Her word was fast and true. She was diligent in all she did and was always adaptable, fair and fun to be with.

A wonderful sister, as a Mother and Grandmother unsurpassed, and a best best friend, Love you Wendy and I will miss you, Love to Lynda, Charles, Eric, Ronnie, and Karen. My heart to Allen and Kara and Bill, Tyler and Lauren, I know you will miss her.
