Violet Bertha Taylor, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025, at the age of 87 in Barrie, Ontario. Born in Severn Ontario, to Thomas & Olympe (Bourdeau) Bonneville. Bertha grew up in a large and loving home with eight siblings, Rolland (Mary), Richard (Mary), Rev. Sister Therese, Yvonne (George), Cecile (Robert), Agatha (John), Rose and Flossie.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward Allan Taylor, married May 12, 1970. Ed & Bertha lived happily in the Beaches, Toronto for many years.
Bertha had a passion for gardening; she cherished the time spent at the cottage and especially enjoyed her travels to Nova Scotia. She greatly enjoyed throwing parties for friends & family.
She will be remembered for her warmth, her love of nature, and the many beautiful memories she created with family and friends. She was known for her infectious laughter, her kindness to all, and her beautiful soul.
Bertha will be missed by all who had the joy of knowing her.
