Linda Marie Arseneau

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Arseneau, at the age of 88 years.  Loving mother of Sharon Harrison (Paul) and the late Donald Levesque; cherished partner to Bryan Lefevre, ex-husband Guy Levesque (Geri) and grandmother to Trevor Harrison (Hanah) and Jillian Toombs (Coulson).  Daughter of the late Lena Arseneau (née Richard) and the late Abel Arseneau.  Linda is survived by her sisters Loretta Caissie (late Emile), Annette Leonard (late Howard), Jeanette Driscoll (David), and is predeceased by her brother Donald Arseneau.  She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Linda was born in Rogersville, New Brunswick.  She lived in Milltown, N.B. as a young girl and in her teens, she came to Toronto for work and began her family with then husband Guy in Willowdale, Ontario.  Later in life she moved to Barrie with her partner, Bryan.  Linda lived a simple life.  She loved to laugh and make other people laugh.  She was known to Bryan as “the best” and to others as the feisty one, stubborn one, sweet one and naughty one.  Linda will be greatly missed by those she met throughout her life, and she will always be remembered with love.

Accolades to the caring staff at Woods Park who are to be commended for their professionalism, expertise, and support.   A dedicated mass and family gathering will be held in her honour and announced on a future date.
