Mike and I met Les and Marilyn at Minds in Motion and looked forward every week to chatting with them at the program.
Mike and Les had some great conversations during that time.

Posted on: Monday, November 17, 2025My deepest sympathies to the family of Les. I met Les and Marilyn through their daughter Yolanda over 3o years ago. They were a beautiful and welcoming couple who personified grace and love. Knowing Yolanda and her husband Mike was a special time in my life. They were gifts to all who encountered them and have a strong sense of service with a compassionate commitment to justice and care. I have no doubt that the veil between heaven and earth is thin and only penetrated through love. I know that the Les and Marilyn’s love will be felt for eternity and continue to grow and impact the world through their children and expanded family. My heart is full of gratitude for knowing them and my prayer is that the family will find peace during this difficult time.
