Romeo Joseph Leger passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf in Barrie, Ontario.
Born in Shediac, New Brunswick, on September 20, 1943, Romeo was the beloved son of the late Leander and Marie Leger. Husband to Ulrike, loving father to Monique and Brynn (Chris), and a proud grandfather to James.
Romeo will be fondly remembered for his good humour, kind heart, and strong drive to serve and support those around him. His warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf for their exceptional care, compassion, and support during Romeo’s final months.
