Funeral Details: Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Margaret’s life on: Tuesday April 28th at 10:30 a.m at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 147 410 St. Vincent Street, Barrie, ON (Parking lot entrance off Ferris Lane). This will be a time to come together, share memories, and honour the life Margaret lived and the many people she touched on what would have been her 80th birthday. All who knew and loved Margaret are welcome to attend.
It’s with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our mother, Margaret Latham, surrounded by love. She would have celebrated her 80th birthday on the 28th of this month, a milestone that reflects a life filled with devotion, kindness, and cherished moments.
Margaret was a loving and devoted mother to her children: Kimberly, Michael, Sean, Jennifer, Richard and Kelly. Her family was the center of her world, and she gave endlessly of herself to ensure they felt supported, guided, and deeply loved.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Barbara and Bert.
She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Jesse, Cyndie, TJ, Kyle, Kevin, Brittany, Ashleigh, Liam, Jacqueline, and Ryleigh. Each of her grandchildren brought her immense joy, and she treasured the time spent with them, creating memories that will live on forever.
Margaret will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her generous heart, and her unwavering strength. She had a special way of bringing comfort to others and making everyone feel welcome and valued.
She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Her legacy of love will continue to live on through her family.

Posted on: Friday, April 10, 2026Aunt Marg was a part of my entire life. Many memories of her as a child right through to adulthood. A fixture at all family gatherings. She always greeted me with a hug and a kiss and parted with kind words. Though im at a distance, a hole will be left in my life that cant be filled. Forever loved. My condolences go out to each and everyone affected by this loss.
