Beverly Jean Laflamme

Funeral Details: Private family arrangements

Passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, at the Georgian Bay General Hospital at the age of 84.

Beverly was the beloved daughter of the late Clayton and Mabel, and the cherished wife of the late Wayne Laflamme (2014).  Loving mother of Les (Kathy), and Lynn (Andy).  Proud and devoted grandmother of Taylor, Jeff, Tiffany (Matt), Kaitlyn (Cory), Shane, Dylan, and Nick; and great-grandmother of Emma, Max, Hayden, Briar, Austin, Lexi, Theo, Aly, Elias, and Ryssa.  Dear sister of Ross (Sheila), Frances (Doug), Raymond (Susy), Evelyn, and the late Ruth.

Beverly was a force to be reckoned with and brought energy and determination to everything she did.  A hardworking and intelligent woman, she approached life with enthusiasm.  She was a spitfire.  In her younger years, she enjoyed participating in many sports and carried that active spirit with her throughout her life.  She loved travelling, especially visiting lighthouses.  She was known for her sharp wit, honesty, and sense of humour that showed right to the very end.

Private family arrangements have taken place.

A special thank you to Fred Allen, Beverly’s friend and companion of 10 years.  For all the love, care and support you gave to our Mother.

The Laflamme family would also like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Georgian Bay General Hospital for the exceptional care of Beverly.

We are so saddened to hear about Bev’s passing. We always had so much fun with her. From our nightly campfires, to our happy hour drink, card playing, sing alongside, boat rides, and shinnanigans in general. You will be very sadly missed, yet never forgotten. You are back with your soul mate Wayne. Sending much love to the Laflamme family.
    XOXOXO
