    Dear Laurie,
My sincere condolences on losing John from this world.  I hope his journey was eased in the knowledge of how much he was loved by you and his family.  Though I only met him the once, he impressed me as a kind, loving, compassionate man whose commitment to those he loved was unsurpassed.

    Sincerely,

    Sherri Murphy
