Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Mill Creek Care Centre October 24, 2012. Lovingly remembered by her 8 children, many grandchildren & great grandchildren, sister, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A public Celebration of Jo's Life will be announced at a later date. Many thanks to the staff at Mill Creek Care Centre for their exceptional compassion and care provided to Jo and her family.
