Born in Timmins, Ontario, on March 21, 1942, Kenny spent his early years in Toronto and Hamilton before settling in Barrie in 1967. He remained in the same beloved home for nearly five decades, building a life rooted in community, kindness, and quiet generosity.
A dedicated tradesman, Kenny ran his own garage door repair and installation business, earning the trust and respect of many throughout the region. Known for his reliability and warm demeanor, he approached his work with pride and craftsmanship.
Kenny was a lifelong hockey enthusiast and a passionate follower of horse racing. He was also deeply committed to helping others, supporting the homeless in his community with quiet, ongoing generosity. Those who knew him appreciated his big heart, quick wit, and unwavering loyalty. He will be missed deeply by his many friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
