It is with very heavy hearts, souls and minds that we announce the passing of Lisa Dorazio, a loving mother, aunt, sister, cousin and friend. But also, a remarkable woman, and a dedicated server.
Lisa's hard-fought battle with a brain aneurysm came to an end on April 26, 2025, she was 63 years old.
Lisa's nurturing spirit, unwavering support, and boundless love will forever live on in the hearts of her son and family. She was a fierce and devoted mother, never giving up and always pushing her son in the right direction.
In addition to her motherly accomplishments, Lisa was known for her warm and caring personality. She had a generous heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Lisa's memory will be forever cherished by her family, friends, and colleagues. Her legacy as a mother, aunt, sister, and friend will endure, and her spirit will continue to inspire us all. In our hearts, she lives on, and we will forever honour the legacy of a remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on the world.
A memorial service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held on Thursday, May 15th at Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill beginning at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation taking place at 1:00 pm, just before the service. Anyone who wishes to share in this celebration of life is welcomed to join.
