Funeral Details:

JOHNSON, Reay - Passed away peacefully at Mill Creek Care Centre on August 13, 2016 at 74 years of age. Beloved husband of Irene for 51 years. Loving father of Eric Johnson and his wife Rose of Kitchener and Sheri Patfield and her husband Jody of Barrie. Dear grandfather of Ean, Taylor, Zach and Rebecca. He is survived by his brother Bill Johnson and his wife Cheryl of Qualicum Beach, BC.

The family is extremely appreciative of the care and attention that was provided to Reay by the entire staff at Mill Creek Care Centre.

Cremation has been held and a Celebration of Life will be held later in September.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.  Arrangements entrusted to Peaceful Transition Inc.
