Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 7, 2017 in her 87th year at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie. Loving mother of Carolyne Hubbert (Ron), Shelley Hockley (Gord), Wayne Bowman (Tiffany), Barry Bowman, Vera-Lynn Bowman (John), Melanie Bowman (Glen). Dear gramma of Jason (Martina), Shawn (Amanda), Dylan, Sheldon, Christopher (Jill), Nick, Jessica and Troy. Great gramma of Keenan, Andrew, Chris, Owen, Cole, Lincoln, Milo, Leo and Max. Pre-deceased by her brothers and sisters.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on December 3, 2017 from 11-2 p.m. at Ferndale Banquet Hall in Barrie. Posted on: Friday, November 17, 2017I will always remember Vera’s warm smile and her laugh. She had a great laugh and was smiling every time I saw her. I enjoyed her company every time I had the chance.
I very sorry to have heard the news of her passing and our sympathies go out to Carol, Wayne, Barry, Vera Lynn and their families.
