William (Bill) Alexander Munro
May 15 1941 - May 26 2015
Passed away peacefully at RVH in Barrie after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by family.
Born in Greenfield Park, Quebec son of Phillip and Elizabeth Munro, (nee Brownrigg).
He is survived by his wife Janet (nee Curtis), daughter Jill (m. Jesse McFarlane),
son Ken (Trisha Sarantoulias), his grandchildren Alex & Ethan, siblings and extended family.
Bill cofounded Munro's Furnishings in 1978 and turned it into an Innisfil landmark.
He was the creative mind and creative hands behind the business. He worked hard, played hard, lived hard, loved lots and put all his energy into his every undertaking.
He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family and his many friends and colleagues.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 10 at Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club,

I am sure I am not alone when I express my sadness for the loss of Bill.
He brought many smiles to many people and made many friends when we would sit and laugh at Georgian Downs.
