Allen Lemieux

September 21, 1970 - September 11, 2021

Funeral Details: Celebration of life will be announced at a later date

LEMIEUX, Allen was born on September 21, 1970 in Gaspè, Quebec. He passed away at home on September 11, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.

Although his parents, Isaac and Vida, are no longer with us, they were both incredible role models and influences in his life. His wife, Fiona, his mother-in-law Maggie and his children, Allix (Samira) and Jack will always remember his kindness, strength, love and compassion for others. He will be missed every day by his siblings, late Glenn, Gilda (Ovelyn), Brenda (Gary), Iris (Elymer), Perry (Carole), Karl (Sharon), Edwin (Caroline), Holly (Barry), Cory (Debbie) and his many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.  Predeceased by his father-in-law Alan McNicoll.

For over a decade, Allen was a passionate and tenacious Crossfitter. He inspired, challenged and led his fellow athletes by example. His gym family described him as a collector of people, an icon, a brother. A CF hero WOD has been named in his honour.

Allen maintained close friendships with people from high school, CÈGEP and university. He will be missed by his colleagues and friends at TC/Artisan Complete.

We will continue to honour your life every single day. You will be missed and loved by everyone you have touched.

Due to continuous Covid 19 restrictions, details for Allen’s Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Peaceful Transition York and condolences may be forwarded to the family through peacefultransition.ca

I feel your hurt and pain. It’s not easy to digest and accept the loss of a sibling especially one younger than yourself. I will always remember Allen as this small blond kid with a huge smile. Find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain. RIP Allen ❤
    Sending my sincere condolences.
