Andrea Linda Pilkey

May 30, 1952 - December 21, 2025

Funeral Details: A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Andrea Linda Pilkey at her home in Midhurst, Ontario, on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the age of 73.

Born on May 30, 1952, in East York, Ontario, Andrea was the beloved wife of Ronald Pilkey, who predeceased her earlier this year in August. She was a devoted and much-loved mother to Sarah Pilkey (Aaron) and a cherished grandmother to Harrison and Evelyn, who brought her endless joy. Andrea is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Corinne and Judi, as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Andrea was truly one of a kind. Strong-willed and determined — she balanced that strength with a remarkable sense of humour and an infectious laugh that could light up any room. She had a natural gift for making people laugh and feel at ease, and her positivity was unwavering, even during life’s most difficult moments. Wise, adventurous, and endlessly supportive, Andrea approached life with curiosity, resilience, and an open heart. Her passion for living and her ability to find joy in the everyday were an inspiration to all who knew her. Above all else, Andrea loved her family fiercely and unconditionally.
