Barbara Ann Bower passed peacefully on April 2, 2026. Barbara is reunited with her beloved husband Neil Anthony Bower, her parents John and Joan Hamilton.
Lovingly remembered by her siblings Leslie (Wayne) Doucette, Ian Hamilton, Joanie (Stacey Phillips) Hamilton, Edie Hamilton-Albisser.
Cherished aunt and great aunt to Paige Doucette (Deceased) Brad (Angela) Shoreman and their children Maggie and Devin Shoreman, Taylor and Matt Merkley, Kailene Hamilton, Andrew (Joanna) Mcpherson and their son Leo Mcpherson, Hayley Ree and her children Mason and Tyson Ree, Matthew and Emily Albisser.
In accordance with Barbara’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

We were so glad when she and Neil reunited. They were a perfect couple and it was so good to see Neil this happy.
The first time I met Barbara, I felt like I’d known her forever. She opened her arms lovingly and was always that fun-loving, kind person. Although she had three lovely sisters of her own, I used to tease her and say well. Tell them they’ve got another one because she was like a sister to me in many ways.
I am going to miss my dear friend, but I believe she’s sitting on Neil’s sailboat, beaming that gorgeous big smile ❤️❤️
