    To Teresa and family
Your mom was a grand lady, she lived life on her terms.
To all the good times we had over the years.
She was a very caring mother, grandma and great grandma to all who knew her and loved her.
    May she rest in peace!

    Our Mother, Grandmother…

One of the most kindest women I know.

Her life was a busy one living on the farm first in Sharon Ontario and then the farm we moved to in Queensville in 1970.

Mom raised five of us children. Two boys and three girls. It was not always an easy task. She had ten grandchildren, and the last time I counted, twelve great grandchildren. Not sure how she remembered all their names but she sure loved them all.

When I was a child growing up I remember that she always made our house a home. She was there everyday when we came home from school. She would always listen to our day while we sat and had our after school snack before heading out to do our chores on the farm. Every Saturday morning my sisters and me along with our mother would do all the baking for the week all the laundry and clean the house top to bottom. My Mom had the most beautiful gardens too. She loved her flowers. Needless to say that to this day I love to bake, garden and yes, try to keep a clean home. All thanks to my Mom.

Later in life when she moved to Barrie she became my friend as well as being my mother. We would talk for hours about anything and everything. laugh, cry and then laugh again. Usually about ourselves. She would always find the funny side of life. She would always say to me that she was a strong woman and she was! I will and do miss her so much.

    Love you Mom.
