Brenda Fava

The family of Brenda Fava (Convey) is saddened to share she died on February 6th, 2024 of complications due to a long battle with cancer.

Born on January 24th, 1956, Brenda grew up in Rexdale, Ontario.  She spent many cherished summers on her grandparent’s farm in Middlebro, Manitoba where she loved berry picking, polka dancing, tractor riding and toad and field mice chasing.  She enjoyed baseball, roller skating and tree climbing and her rebellious side even had her hitchhiking across Canada.  She was passionate about reading, music and Christmas and adored her grandmother, Nellie.

Brenda is predeceased by her children Karen and Kenneth.  She leaves behind her other children Colleen, Michael and Ashley and grandchildren Poplar and Arianna as well as her siblings Ronnie and Carolyn.  Many lovely friends who were a part of her extended family include Eddie, Lynn and Linda and her parish.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Brenda’s honour – details will be available soon.
