My condolences to your family at this difficult time …. Thoughts are with the families and God Bless …. The love of the ocean runs deep in Newfoundlanders and being from Twillingate myself and a Fishermans son we all know the calling of Home when we aren’t there …. Bruce may the wind be always at your back now… calm seas… and your nets and lines forever full in that ocean in the sky ….

It was my sincere privilege to be Bruce’s brother-inlaw.
He will be missed, his laugh and his stories with every detail. Woodwork in the shop, fresh crab legs on the bridge, learning how to bottle. He remains the greatest down to earth man I ever knew. Condolences all the Bath Family, Lisa and Jennie and Jill, my love and prayers.

Lisa we haven’t met, Bruce was the Rosedale Driver delivering flooring materials to our store 1-3 times per week.
Bruce was certainly a breath of fresh air every time he would be at our store. It certainly shook our staff as he was part of our family. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Bruce and his passing. Please know Bruce touched many people throughout his travels each and every day.

Bruce was also a delivery driver for my store. Had the pleasure of seeing him every week. We would shoot the breeze, crack jokes and just talk about life. He was the best part of my week hands down. I am heartbroken. Bruce was one hard-working man. Who from what he told me loved his wife and girls. He talked about fishing and Newfoundland. He was a proud man and was one of a kind. I will miss chatting with him and will never forget him as long as I live. I would be off work and out somewhere on the highways and I would see him go by in the Rosedale truck and I would yell “there’s Bruce” and the passengers in my car would look at me weird. I did this so often that eventually my son would recognize Bruce when we were out driving. I know he is gone but that won’t stop me from remembering him every time i see a Rosedale Truck go by. My heartfelt condolences go out to you all. You know he loved you all, and he will always be with you .
