BARTLE, Charles Albert “Chuck”
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Barbara Bartle (nee Stanley). Loving father of Gail Bartle, Michelle Bartle (Mike Melo) and Dan Bartle (Stacey Pierce). Cherished grandfather of Trina, Cam, Hayden, Gavin, Emily, Kyle and Brody. Dear brother of Bob and his late wife Marg, Helen (Al), Jean, Fred (Diane) and brother in law to Ken. Pre-deceased by his parents William and Ida Bartle, Sister Verna and sister in law Marg. Chuck will be dearly missed by his family in Prince Edward Island – the MacLean’s.
In keeping with Chuck’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Salvation Army, 151 Lillian Crescent, Barrie on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow. A special thank you to the girls at Royal Victoria Hospital, cancer palliative. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Barrie Cancer Society.
