Gord passed away at home on August 19, 2020 at the age of 63 years. Dear son of David and Margaret. Beloved husband of Caroline. Loving father of Rebecca (Adam), Jeff (Danielly), Dan, and cherished stepfather of Bobbi and Bailey. Grandpa of Xavier, R.J., Asia, Blake, Benjamin, and of baby on the way, David Nicholas. Brother of Heather (Brian) and Stewart (Spir) and uncle of Rob, Jamie, and Matthew. Gord will be missed and remembered by many, including other family and friends.
Caroline and Rebecca want to thank PSW Jenna from the bottom of their hearts. Jenna provided compassionate palliative care to Gord, at home, up until his last day. They will be forever grateful for Jenna’s presence with them during Gord’s final hours.

Posted on: Wednesday, September 30, 2020We were very sorry to hear of Gord’s passing. We first met Gord at his family home through his big sister, Heather, our very dear friend, when they moved to Agincourt in the 1960’s. Big sister, meaning older, as Gord soon grew to be Heather’s taller, younger brother with a huge curly red haired Afro! We remember Gord as a friendly, cheerful, friendly guy who always had a kind word to say and a smile on his face. Our sincere condolences to his family, Heather and Stew.
