Funeral Details: Celebration of life to be held at a later time

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Elgin Wayne McKibbon. After a brave battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully in his sleep at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket Ontario in the early morning hours of Sunday December 1, 2019 at the age of 74.

He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during the final days of his life and will always be remembered for his giving heart, friendly and social nature, and mostly for his courageous fight over the past few years.

David leaves behind his daughter Tania, son in-law Rick and grand-daughters Aurora and Makenna. He was the loving eldest brother of four siblings, Ron, Darlene, Jennise and Janette, beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

David will be sadly missed by his best friend Mary, large family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be planned for a future date.

If so desired, memorial donations can be made directly to Margaret Bahen Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society. http://www.cancer.ca
