Passed away peacefully on April 27, 2022 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife Juliette for 58 years. Denis was a modest man who loved a good game of Bridge with friends. According to his wishes, a private cremation has taken place. Denis was a special friend who was always there when needed. Although we saw less of each other in recent years, he was always on my mind.

Posted on: Saturday, May 7, 2022Denis was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, etc. His sense of humour was second to none, hense his sometimes nick name, Denise the menace was appropriate. A business partner, hockey and fishing buddy, Denis and I spend time together in the Artic, algonquin park and hockey rinks together. Our camp at Opimika Lake was also a special place for us. Card games were also numerous, always played with passion.
Throughout all his health challenges the last many many years, Denis never complained and also had his smile and sense of humour. I am sure his is sitting around the campfire, with Don and Jim, having a drink and reflecting on all our adventures together. I miss you buddy, Gary
