Funeral Details: Private Family Arrangements

Passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026 at the age of 68 years.

Beloved husband of Kerri.  Loving father of Shawn (Sarah), Sheri (Chance), and step-father of Sean (Julia), Scott (Christine), and Wesley (Michelle).  Cherished grandfather of nine.  Dear brother of Gary and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Don was a dedicated employee of Bell Canada for 36 years.  He was a caring and devoted family man who loved with his whole heart.  Don would often be found tinkering and keeping busy with projects, always creating or fixing something.

He enjoyed playing golf in his spare time.  In his younger years, loved waterskiing and spending time at the cottage, where his woodworking talents were put to good use.  More recently, Don found peace in the outdoors, especially while spending time at the trailer which was a place that brought him so much peace.

Private family arrangements.

If so desired, donations in memory of Don may be made to Hospice Simcoe, whose compassionate care brought Don and his family comfort and support when it was needed most.

Kerri. Sorry very sorry to hear about your loss. I enjoyed the many times Don came into the park office and spent time with me. We talked about many things, and he tolerated my many bad jokes. I will miss him dearly, but I know he is in the hands of God. Terry
