My Uncle Don was one of a kind. The witiest man I’ve ever known. There’s a lot to be said of honesty, and my Uncle Don was a man that was exactly that. Mostly because he couldn’t care less what anyone thought. I never had to wonder where I stood with Uncle Don because he’d flat out tell me, and I respect that. He loved and cared for my Aunt for 62 years, and though he was rough around the edges, he was always kind to me. My Uncle Don was a great man, and I’ll miss him greatly.

From the time we first met, Don & Diane made us feel welcome, and we loved our numerous porch-side visits to talk about anything and everything. We had a lot of respect for what they’d been through and how well they overcame it all… We were sad when they moved, and now terribly lament that we will never see Donnie again. Heartfelt sympathy to Dianne & the kids – hold tight to the memories of great times shared with a very unique & special man!
