Donna Alexandria Menton

Menton, Donna Alexandria:  It is with great sadness we let everyone know that our matriarch Donna Menton passed away peacefully at her home in Sutton West after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease on November 27, 2021.  Donna at the age of 78 years was the beloved wife of Kenneth “Sarge” Menton for 58 years.  They had 3 children Ken (Linda), Mike (Gogo)(Jennifer) and Kelly Archibald (Mikey). The joy of her life was her 8 grandchildren Marc, Eric, Ryan, Brett, Jessica, Hayley, Raevyn and Jesse.  She was looking forward to being a great grandma to RJ in February.  Donna had many friends, cousins but the family wants to extend special thanks to Mickey for all her love and support.  Donna enjoyed her cottage.  She loved the water and being with her grandkids.  She was a pet lover and always had a pet in her life.  She was a skilled knitter and created some of the most beautiful garments.  Everyone who knew her will miss her terribly. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Cremation arrangements entrusted to Peaceful Transition York (2-15236 Yonge Street Aurora) and condolences may be forwarded through peacefultransition.ca
