Donna Louise Halliday

After a short illness and surrounded by friends and family, Donna Louise Halliday (aka Drever) passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe on December 7^th 2019.  Donna was a loving mother to Ken and Samantha Drever, Mother-In-law to Natalie Drever and Andrew Shirley; grandmother to Jasmine and Griffin Drever, Isabella, and Connor Garofalo, Pierce and Ian Shirley.  Her loving spirit will be carried on by her family and friends.

Donna was Born on November 6^th 1949 in Peterborough, Ontario.  She had a long and fulfilling 30+ years career as a psychiatric nurse in Barrie and Alliston, as well as running the Kempenfelt Manor Nursing Home in Barrie.

In both her professional and personal life, Donna was known for her compassionate attitude and her unwavering commitment to the causes and the people that she cared for.
