Funeral Details: Arrangements entrusted Peaceful Transition Barrie

Gary passed peacefully on Saturday April 13, 2019 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario.

 

Gary was the son of the late Paul F. Zuercher and the late Mary (nee Gerono) and was in his 72nd year. Gary is survived by his Brother Paul (Kathryn) and Sister Marilyn Cowieson (Bob).

 

Gary was a much-loved Uncle of Stephen, Gale Cowieson (Andrew Yuile), John Paul Zuercher (Samantha), Jenny Bissell (nee Zuercher). Gary will be sadly missed by his loving Great Nieces and Nephews: Aidriana, Dallas, Austin, Timothy, Leora, Graidyn and Makayla.  He will also be missed by extended families and friends.

 

In Gary's memory, donations may be to the Royal Victoria Hospital ICU or a charity of your choice.

    It was with sadness I read of Gary’s passing. It was a pleasure to know and work with Gary over the years. His cheerfulness and wonderful smile never failed to brighten my day! I always looked forward to our 2-4-1 visits Paul and I know you will miss him greatly. You were special brothers. My condolences to your family, Gary was a remarkable man with a gentle spirt that will be missed my many. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Wendy

    Heartfelt condolences go out to you, Paul, your family, and your extended family. I was very saddened to learn of Gary’s recent passing. Knowing Gary for quite a number of years, it was evident that he was a very loving, caring, and sensitive individual. He was truly a gentle man and I very much enjoyed working with him. I always felt that Gary and I had a special relationship. Gary relied heavily on your guidance, Paul, and I know you loved him dearly. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. I wish you and your family peace at this very sad time.
