George Rimmer

August 17, 1950 - January 15, 2022

Funeral Details: Private family arrangements

Georgie/Dad, God saw you getting tired and no cure was meant to be, so he wrapped his arms around you and “whispered come to Me”, you didn’t deserve what you went through so He gave you rest.  God’s garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best, and when I saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain, I could not wish you back, to suffer that again.

Broken hearted wife Liz, loving Dad to his daughters Paula (Brian), Nicola (Wade), and Lisa.  Very proud Grandad to Mathew, Kyra, Abby, Emily, Hannah, Ella, and Oliver.  Loving brother of Susan.  Dear nephew, brother-in-law, uncle, and cousin in Birkenhead and Liverpool, England.  In our hearts forever.

Thinking of happier times when Georgie first came to Canada. He was so happy and always smiling and joking with me. He let me drive his car and took me on my first driving lesson. I have so many lovely memories with him and all the family. Lovingly remembered ❤️❤️
