I met Greg in Grade 12 after he moved to Toronto from Montreal. We spent time playing tennis, squash together. Also fond memories of Industrial Engineering at UofT and the beginning of our careers afterward. It was Greg who introduced me to small plane flying and gliders. Also in 1970s we spent time at dinner clubs listening to live performances of the likes of Henry Cuesta (woodwind player). Rest In Peace old friend.

I met Greg while we were attending University of Toronto and we co-authored a the thesis requirement for graduation in 1973. Greg introduced me to flying and usually ran into his dad who was also out flying. Fondest memories of our flying was doing formation flying. Reconnected after he moved from Beeton, usually texting and occasionally lunch discussing getting old and personal issues. My last email exchange with Greg, was this last January. My final email from Greg was on May 1st informing me of his decision and these kind words. Thank you for being my friend. Will always be thinking of you and fond memories of our time together. Rest in peace my friend, have a safe flight.

I met Greg at the University of Toronto when we were both enrolled in the Industrial Engineering program. I have fond memories of our time at university and enjoyed playing squash with Greg at Hart House and for several years after graduation at venues that Greg had access to. We enjoyed having dinners after graduation but unfortunately lost track of each other as lives and careers progressed. We reconnected recently and enjoyed a number of lunches with Clayton Young. I did go flying with Greg, but only once. The “stall” squawk on one take off dissuaded me from further flights. Greg actually remembered that when we had our first reconnection lunch. Rest in peace my friend.
