Johnston, Harold Raymond
Passed away in Barrie with his daughter at his side on June 4, 2021 at 90 years of age. Harold was predeceased by his cherished wife Ethel (nee Hassard) and son Raymond, whom he held so dear.
Cherished father of Wendy (Michael) and grandfather of Jeffrey, Joshua (Constance) and Noah Chopp. Dearest brother of Ila (the late Jack) and Grant (Donna).
Harold’s absence will be greatly felt by his friends, nieces, nephews and cousins both in Canada as well as Northern Ireland.
According to Harold’s wishes, cremation and private memorial service have taken place. The family would be appreciative if any donations in Harold’s memory were made to Grove Park Home, where Harold and Ethel spent their twilight years. The staff and residents became an extension of family and the love and care coming from all will never be forgotten.
