It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Robert Greenhalgh.  Bob passed quietly with family present, on November 29th, 2022, at the Spencer House in Orillia.

He leaves behind his wife Vera Greenhalgh of 67 years; his children, Karen (Stu), Randy (Pat), Blair (Loraine), Blake (Cathie), Trevor (Mandy), and the late Brian.  Bob was the grandfather of Tim, Melissa, Nichole, Cameron, Jordyn, Tyler, Lyndzie, Joseph, Mandi, Mackenzie, Ashton, Zander and Brayden, the late Preston; and great-grandfather of 27.  Dear brother of Loraine, Doreen, Edward, and Jean.

His love of family and the outdoors will live on in all his children and will forever be remembered through his stories of fishing and hunting on the family’s homestead.  Bob had a kindness and willingness to always share and help in any way that he could.  He will never be forgotten.  A Celebration of Life will take place in Spring of 2023.

I admired how you could see the pride Bob for his entire family, and the absolute love he had for his dogs. I remember sitting with him listening to his stories of his most favorite pups over the years and why each one was special. I knew that day he was a wonderful man ❤
