Funeral Details: A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date

Passed away at his home on December 24, 2025, at the age of 74, in his garage doing what he loved to do, creating and fabricating his next project.

Harry was deeply devoted to his late wife Ruth McIntyre, who he was able to be with for Christmas.

Harry was a father to twin sons Chad and Shane (Melissa).

Loving Grandpa to Lincoln, Joel, Colton, and Matthew.  Brother to Heather and the late Jimmy and David.

A retired Diesel mechanic and welder.

Harry had a creative ability to see art potential where others saw scrap, transforming metal into expressive and imaginative works of art.

Harry took great pride in his craftsmanship and attention to detail leaving behind pieces that tell his story and showcase his talent.

Harry lived life his way, on his own terms.  He loved company, a good joke and three sometimes four finger whiskey!

His straightforward nature and creative spirit will be missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Online memories and condolences may be share with the family at www.peacefultransition.ca

Chad, Shane, and family. I am saddened to hear of your dad’s passing. Harry could design, fabricate, and repair anything. I bet there isn’t a propeller on Lake Couch that Harry hadn’t repaired. I looked forward to my visits with your mom & dad when I’d drop off Fern props. Rest in peace Harry

I was saddened to hear of Harry’s passing. Did not know him very long. I just moved into an apartment next door to Harry’s at Ron’s place this past summer. I would visit him a few times a week to hear many great stories of years gone by and so he could show me his most current project he was working on g on. He adoured my dog Malachi and was constantly giving her treats. He will be greatly missed
