Macleod, Lt. Col Ret'd Ivor; Queens own Rifles of Canada, passed away suddenly September 24, 2012 at his home. Will be missed by his loving wife Patricia and son Stuart (Debbie). Proud grandfather to Andrew, Megan and Connor. Will be remembered by many extended family, friends and colleagues. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your charity of choice. Cremation entrusted to Peaceful Transition Inc.

Posted on: Saturday, March 16, 2024I am so sorry to hear of Ivor’s passing. Lt. Col. Ivor Macleod was my CO when I was a Lieutenant in Peterborough, as we transitioned from the 50th Field Artillery Regiment to become the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment. I recall pleasant chats with Ivor in the Peterborough Officers Mess; he was a gentlemen and a good friend.
