Ferguson, Janice Ellen

September 20 1946 – September 2, 2014

Janice lost her battle peacefully with Leukemia at Princess Margaret Hospital Sept 2, 2014.

She will be forever remembered by her son Ryan (Ashley) and grandchildren Peyton and Harper. Survived by her sisters Barbara Elrick (Gino) and Patsy Bateman (Ron). Loving Aunt of Rob Elrick (Shelley), Mitchell Elrick (Yvonne), Kim Elrick, Christina Bateman and Brooks Bateman. Great Aunt to Dana Elrick, Casey Elrick, Robbie Elrick, Riley Duxbury, Ciera Duxbury, Noah Elrick, Kalei Reid, Sara Reid and a beautiful friend to many. Predeceased by husband Norman.

A memorial service will be held at St. Mary’s Church on Saturday September 6, 2014. Service to begin at 10:00 am with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada www.llscanada.org ,or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada www.heartandstroke.com.

    So sorry for your loss Ryan and Ashley. Ryan, your mom looked like a fighter to the end. It was too early for her and hopefully the girls will remember Grandma. Although we never met I’m sure we would have liked her.

    Ryan, Ashley and Janice’s family. We were very sad to hear of Janice’s passing.  She was a wonderful person and will be truly missed. Sorry we can not be there tomorrow but will keep you in our thoughts and prayers
