Funeral Details: Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in New Brunswick, with interment to follow in the family plot at Notre Dame De La Visitation – Grande-Digue.
It is with great sadness that the family of Jeanne Hedd (née Brun) announces her passing. Born on September 17, 1945, in Kent Parish, New Brunswick, to the late Thomas and Olive Brun.
Beloved wife of Pius Hedd for 57 wonderful years. Loving mother of Sheila (Dalton), and Angela (Roger). Cherished nanny of Shane, Felisha, Jessica, and Tamarah, and great-nanny of Lillian, Lettie, Carson, Charlotte, and Blake. Dear sister of Bernadette, Tony, Charles, Philip, and Benoit, and predeceased by Anna and Francois. Jeanne will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Jeanne was the heart of her family, the glue that held everyone together. She was known for her sweet nature, generosity, and gentle care for others. She was always putting the needs of her loved ones before her own, and as such, she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, compassion, and love.
