Passed away at home unexpectedly on June 5th at 73 years old. She was born in Ottawa on October 26th, 1951. She was the beloved life partner of Earl Stubbs and the cherished daughter of the last Wallace and Shirley Brading and mother of 2 sons, Todd and Justin.
She spent most of her life caring for, providing and supporting her family. She was always our number one fan, cheering us all on. She loved being outside in the summer, grooming her yard and playing in flower beds. She found her passion in the retail diamond and jewelry industry, where she put huge smiles on people’s faces during their special moments. She found love later and was lucky enough to spend the best years of her life with Earl Stubbs.
An interment will take place on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., at Innisvale Cemetery (7551 5th Side Rd, Innisfil). Relatives and friends are welcome to join us for her Celebration of Life, following the interment, at the residence of her son, Justin Forsyth, in Innisfil.

Posted on: Tuesday, July 1, 2025Jo-Anne and I grew up together in Lowville. Sleepovers, church choir, and all those lazy summer days…..adventures in the park, swimming in the creek and secrets shared. A childhood friend is a gift that we are lucky to have experienced. We lost touch over the years and I hope she had a happy and satisfied life.
With sympathy to all who were lucky enough to love and be loved by her.
