September 25, 1935 ~ March 6, 2017
The hummingbird has flown - On Monday, March 6, 2017 June passed peacefully at Hospice Simcoe at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Don (Chief) Dunn. Loving mother of Randy (Deb), Scott (Denise), Shelley (Rob) and Krista (Larry). Beloved grandmother of Tara (Gord), Jamie, Tyler, Kerrie and Miranda (Ben). Great grandmother of Madelyn. June will be dearly missed by her sister Wendy (Paul) and family and her special friend Lauren Jennings.
In keeping with June’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place in the spring. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice Simcoe, www.hospicesimcoe.com. Messages of condolence can be left at www.peacefultransition.ca The family wishes to thank all the staff at Hospice Simcoe for the incredible care June received.

We’re sorry to learn about June’s passing. We will always remember June leading the parade of mother duck and her numerous babies from your yard all the way down to Kempenfelt Bay. Not many folks would have done that. But June had the goodness of heart to want to see those ducks delivered to their proper environment.
