Marvin Wolfe of Barrie Ontario, raised in the Kingsville/Leamington area, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021. Marvin was the beloved husband of Alice Wolfe for 51 years. Loving father of Micheal Wolfe (Phylis Cromwell), Kelly Wolfe (Annie Wolfe), Tracey Wolfe (Iran Richards), and the late Karrie Wolfe. Caring grandfather of Shawn Cromwell, Jermaine Cromwell, Dawnnita Cromwell; Elizabeth Sanford, Emily Sanford Wolfe, Erin Sanford Wolfe, Cameron Wolfe, Kaylyn Wolfe; Shauntavia Wolfe, Trayanna Lawrence, Latray Lawrence, Aveon Lawrence, Aveya Lawrence, Jahsiah Richards; and great grandfather of McKayleigh Roche, Akeila Roche; Drayson Scott, Zariyah Scott, Aaliyah Scott; Callum Chin; Serenity Farrior, Keziah Farrior; Royalty Wolfe Oduro. Condolences to the whole family . I hope every finds peace in knowing he is no longer in pain and with Karrie. Growing up I was welcomed into Marvin and Alice’s life whole heartedly. Marvin was funny growing up and very giving . He’d always joke about what food Alice would be serving “fried belly buttons and hot dogs”. They were neighbourhood grandparents you would find every kid in the neighbourhood at their house at sometime or another! Even when he didn’t have much he would bring me to the corner store or goodwill and let me pick out anything I wanted . One thing I remember about him is how much he loved and how proud he was of each family member you’d walk down the street with him and he’d want everyone to know I was he’s granddaughter. He loved pictures he cherished memories ! The last few times I seen Marvin he reminded me of when I was little and I asked him if he could be my grandpa too, and how happy he was to be just that. He will be missed he made a difference in my life. The world has lost a kind soul but we’ve all gained an angel , he’s looking over all of us ! Love you all 💕
