Mary Ann Haines

Mary Ann Haines, lovingly known as “Ann,” passed away at the RVRHC on October 13, 2026

Ann was the beloved partner of 20 years to Frank, a dear mother to Jen (Justin) and Suzanne (Adam), and a proud Nana to Brody, Becca, and Lucas. She will be deeply missed by her siblings Elizabeth (Joe), Michael (Colleen), Aileen, Sue, and was predeceased by her sister Catherine.

Ann will also be fondly remembered by her former husband, Bob, her cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends, especially Viv (Bruce) and her dear friend and confidante, Judy.

Ann was a hardworking woman who loved her family, entertaining, and bringing people together. She especially enjoyed hosting Christmas and Boxing Day celebrations, dinner parties, pool days, and loved her euchre nights filled with laughter, friendship, and good company. Whether gathered around the card table or dancing in the kitchen, Ann loved being social and creating memories with those around her.

Her love of family, friendship, and social gatherings will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in Ann’s memory.
