    Dear Nana,
Thank you for the life you lead and for the life you gave me and Savannah. We love you so much. No amount of thanks will satisfy how much love you showed us. You will be so missed. I hope one day I can make my pasta sauce as good as you’d make for me-but I know nothing will compare. You are so missed. I will make sure Savannah grows up to know just how much you’ve done for us and how much you loved us and her. Please say hi to nanu. We miss him too. I hope you’ve found your peace from the suffering and pain you endured on earth. Thank you for fighting so hard and so long to stay with us. Love you. May you rest in the arms of the angels and please put in a good word for me, watch over me, and guide me to make the right decisions in my life so I can lead a beautiful loving life like you have. Xxx. No words can truly describe our sorrow.

Goodby my friend. We met about 17 years ago when we both moved into a new sub division. I can still see you and paul sitting on your front porch as you often did. We soon became friends and chatted lots on your front porch or mine. You were a good friend that always had time for me and cared so much for me and my family. I will miss you
