I had the privilege of meeting Matt through my best friend Heather, his daughter. Matt was a man of few words, however, when he spoke it was always genuine and supportive 🙏

When Heather spoke of her father it, their bond, love and dedication was undeniable. His passing will be felt deeply. I wish all that brings comfort and peace to those who loved Matt.

Heather, I am sorry for your loss. Although time slipped past in the blink of an eye, and we have lost touch over the years. I have such fond memories of your Dad (and Mom) when we were young wild and free. I seen this online in Barrie Today and wanted to let you know, I think of you often and your parents as well. So many wonderful memories from our teenage years and 20’s. Your parents were such nice people and very good to me. Be well my friend.
    Love
    Denise
