I was blessed to have gotten to know Janet when she and Dennis lived in Nova Scotia. She had a brilliant mind and loved to engage in discussions especially political ones. She was such a strong advocate for the rights of women in the days when it wasn’t talked about that much. She loved life and she loved to laugh. It was a privilege to know Janet. Dennis my thoughts are with you at this time.

Janet was an amazing woman, full of wisdom, willpower and a zesty sense of humor. To me, she was a true friend who helped me like nobody through a very difficult time in my life. A one of a kind soul, mind and spirit.
