My sincere condolences to Kathy and her family on the loss of such a beloved woman. Regina was so admired for her passion of hair and was a pleasure every time she came into our school salon. The memories of her showing the future hairstylists how comb outs are done by the pros in her days will always be memories that we will cherish.
Sending prayers and love to all that will miss her dearly.
