Passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Edmunds (2019). She will be missed and remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Rose's journey through life took her from Ivy to Sandy Cove, and finally to her beloved home in Barrie. She lived her life with vitality and grace, finding joy in staying active. A former member of the Walking Club, Rose's commitment to fitness likely contributed to her remarkable longevity.
The family would like to thank the PSW’s from St. Elizabeth’s Home Health Care and Bayshore HealthCare for their excellent support and compassion. Rose felt at ease and always in good hands with them. Also, the family wishes to thank the nurses and doctors at the RVRHC palliative for making Rose comfortable in the end.
Those who knew Rose will remember her sharp wit and brilliant mind, which remained vibrant until the very end. In honoring her wishes, private family arrangements have been made.
