Passed away on June 18, 2022 at the age of 87 years at the RVRHC, Barrie. Beloved husband of Angelina Manias-Garratt. Loving father of Kevin (Julia), Jeff (Brenda), Todd (Sheryl), and his step-children Lina (Paul), Andy (Kimberley, and David (Ann). In keeping with Ross' wishes, a private cremation has taken place. He was a greatly loved, kind, gentle, generous, and easy-going man. He will be greatly missed by his sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many friends, and relatives. I have fond memories of our Florida visits. Ross was born on my dad’s birthday and was one week younger that your cousin Nick So I always thought of him in February.

Posted on: Sunday, June 26, 2022My deepest condolences to the entire Garratt family. Ross was a huge part of my life as a teenager and young adult. He truly treated me as a daughter during those years. He was a great influence as he truly was a good man. I will never forget our camping trips in the pouring rain and going to shoot pool with him on Tuesday nights . He helped me learn to drive and was always there to listen. For those reasons and many more I will never forget him. He was like a father in so many ways. I was very lucky to have those years with him. Love you Ross .❤️🙏
