Laye, Ruth Isabelle: Passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2024 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Ruth Laye of Newmarket at the age of 84 years. Loving mother of Tim (Linda), Dave (Leanne) and Jenn (Neil). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Amanda (Andy), Steven (Ally), Ryan, Kevin and her 4 great grandchildren Noah, Tucker, Mikayla and Nathan. Ruth was a former employee of Miracle Food Mart/Dominion in Thornhill for 25 years. She loved travelling, camping, watching her kids and grandchildren in their various sporting events. She was always their biggest fan.
